Morning Yoga and Meditation, followed by Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03: Kovalam :
Yoga and meditation, followed by Ayurvedic massage. Afternoon visit of Trivandrum- Padmanabhaswamy temple, Swathy museum and Handicraft Institute. Over night at the hotel.

DAY 04: Kovalam :
Yoga and meditation, followed by Ayurvedic massage. Evening boat ride at Tiruvallam backwaters including a visit to traditional Kerala home. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 05: Kovalam :
Yoga and meditation, followed by Ayurvedic massage. Drive to Cape Comorin, the southern tip of India where the three seas meet. See the panoramic sunset and return to Kovalam.

DAY 06: Kovalam :
Yoga and meditation, followed by Ayurvedic massage. Rest of the day at leisure on the beach.
Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07: Kovalam :
Yoga and meditation, followed by Ayurvedic massage. Rest of the day at leisure on the beach. Evening watch a cultural scene. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 08: Kovalam - Trivandrum/Onward Destination :
Assistance for departure and transfer to the airport for flight to onward destination. Ayurvedic massage/treatment can be arranged at other beach/backwater resorts in Kerala like Marari beach near Cochin and Kappad beach resort near Calicut or at Kumarakom lake resort and Aquaserene near Tivandrum (backwater resorts).
